Jedi Custom Suits and Air Wear
When will I get my suit?
Our typical manufacturing lead times are 2-3 weeks for all Jedi Air Wear custom suits and garments, including shorts, trousers, jackets etc.
We have some of the fastest lead times in the industry, from us receiving your design & payment to you receiving your order at your door.. you might even be jumping your new suit in under a fortnight.
Do you offer A warranty?
Our suits are covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects. For any problems after that, we are here to help, but there my be a small fee.
Normal wear and tear on the suit is not covered, regularly sliding / skidding in on a light material may cause damage. We are not here to rip people off, please be honest as we always will try to help.
Suit damage caused by use in wind tunnels will not be considered as manufacturing defects. Tunnels will occasional have loose net wires and sharp edges that can catch and scrape any fabric. Please be cautious and use the supplied tunnel suits until you are in control flying off the net.
Can I make changes to my order?
We accept changes on orders as long as we have not started production. If you need changes made to your order, contact us as soon as possible.
We currently have a very quick production cycle so be sure to get in touch as soon as you notice the error.
Measuring guide video ?
The video is only there to assist you, we cannot be held responsible for tight or short measurements, we would rather you contact us if you are unsure as we can advise you over a video call.
Can you help measure me for my suit?
Absolutely! We always recommend you have assistance when measuring.
We have representatives and affiliate shops at drop zones throughout the UK.
To find your nearest representative, contact us and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Alternatively, you can watch our measuring video and view the PDF guide found on each suit’s design/order page, these are provided as assistance for when you are entering your measurements.
The Jedi reps are there to assist you but they can not be held accountable, please make sure you check the measurements over yourself once completed. To guarantee 100% that your suit fits correctly, come and get measured by me (Nick), I’m based in Sheffield but can often be found at UK Parachuting Sibson, in Cambridgeshire. Get in touch via email or social media message to arrange.
How should I wash and care for my suit/garment?
Fasten the top velcro before washing.
Wash your suit alone in cold water on a gentle cycle.
Avoid bleach or any harsh detergent.
Remove from the washer as soon as the cycle is complete to avoid colours bleeding.
Hang to dry.
Do not use a tumble dryer as this may damage the suit.
Do not use a sword to wash the suit as this has also been known to cause damage.
Some materials and colours are unfortunately more prone to colour bleeding than others.
Jedi Air Wear can accept no responsibility for colour bleeding and urges you to follow the care instructions as quickly and as accurately as possible when washing your gear.
What should I do if my suit doesn’t fit correctly?
If your suit doesn’t fit properly, or your order doesn’t match what you’ve been sent, then please get in touch with us before returning the suit.
When you contact us, we will find out where/if things have gone wrong, then we will advise you how we can proceed to resolve the problem. If it’s a fault on our behalf, we will either replace the suit or adjust it for you straight away.
Can you make suit alterations and repairs?
We can offer you affordable alterations / zip replacements on any suit if required.
If you’re not happy with something and would like it changed, then don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Please don’t get your own tailor to alter anything on the suit as it will VOID the WARRANTY of the suit!

GEAR STORE ORDERS ?
For all customised products (including, but not limited to, custom order canopies, containers, and helmets) & items we do not hold in stock ordered in specifically to fulfil your order, refunds will only be available for faulty items.
Back-order and custom items:
For back order or custom items if the item is faulty or not as described then you may return the product within the 30 day period for a refund or exchange. All third party manufacturer lead times are subject to change and there may be increased lead times in some circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Stock Items:
Stock items in unused condition with all of the original packaging may be eligible for a return or exchange subject to the full policy terms and conditions.
Do you also sell BASE jumping gear?
Yes, we are able to supply some BASE gear, including canopies, pilot chutes and wingsuits.

We Ship via Fedex & post office
With regards to shipping we ship worldwide, if you miss delivery of your parcel here at Jedi gear store it is the customers responsibility to have it set so that if the parcel is undelivered or not signed for by the customer it will be returned to us. We take no responsibility for lost parcels due to the customer changing delivery address once parcel has been dispatched.
