WARRANTY ?

Our suits are Covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects  & any problems after that we are here to help but there my be a small fee…

Normal wear and tear on the suit is not covered, regularly sliding / skidding in on a light material may cause damage! We are not here to rip people of please be honest as we always will try to help.

WindTunnel’s loose wires or Sharpe areas catching / scraping across the net -this on the  materials would not be considered as a manufacturing defect. Please use the tunnel suits until you are off the net.

We have reduced our suit prices from £279 to £240  while still advancing & up grading our range, we thought this would be the best thing to do in the first lock down.

LEAD TIMES ?

We have the fastest lead times around which we don’t charge for, no one else offers a service of a quality suit being made & sent out to you in 2 to 3 weeks, sometimes quicker.

WHAT THE BEST WAY TO WASH MY SUIT ?

Fasten the top velcro before washing. Wash your suit alone in cold water on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach or any harsh detergent.

Remove from the washer as soon as the cycle is complete to avoid colours bleeding. Hang to dry. Do not use a tumble dryer as this may damage the suit. Do not use a sword to wash the suit as this has also been known to cause damage.

Some materials and colours unfortunately are more prone to colour bleeding than others.

Jedi Air Wear can accept no responsibility for colour bleeding and urges you to follow the care instructions as quickly and as accurately as possible when washing your gear.

CAN WE MEASURE YOU FOR YOUR SUIT ?

Absolutely! We have representatives and affiliate shops at drop zones throughout the UK.

The Rep’s are there to assist you but they can not be held accountable, please make sure you check the measurements over your self once completed.

Alternatively, you can watch our measuring video & PDF picture form found on the order form page, this is there as a guide to assist you when measuring. To guaranty 100% the suit fit’s correct come & get measured by me, then it’s all on my shoulders if anything comes out wrong.

CAN I MAKE CHANGERS TO MY ORDER ?

We accept changes on orders as long as we have not started production. If you need changes made to your order, contact us as soon as possible. We currently have a very quick production cycle so be sure to get in touch as soon as you notice the error.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY SUIT DOES NOT  FIT RIGHT ?

If your suit doesn’t fit properly, or your order doesn’t match what you’ve been sent, then please get in touch with us before returning the suit.

When you contact us, we will find out where and if things have gone wrong, then we can advise you how we can proceed to resolve the problem. If it’s a fault on our behalf, we will either replace the suit or adjust it for you straight away.

ALTERATIONS ?

We can offer you an affordable alterations / zip replacements on any suit  if required. If you’re not happy with something & need it changing then don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Please don’t get your own Tailor to alter anything on the suit as it will VOID the WARRANTY of the suit !!!!!
