SkySNATCH 2 BASE Pilot Chute

The SkySNATCH 2 is a specialist BASE jumping pilot chute from Squirrel, developed to provide dependable deployment performance across a range of BASE applications. It builds on Squirrel’s toroidal arc pilot chute concept, designed around stability, consistency and efficient inflation.

For BASE jumpers, pilot chute selection is an important part of the overall equipment configuration. Size, deployment method, jump type and intended use should all be considered when selecting the correct option.

SkySNATCH 2 for Modern BASE Jumping

Squirrel developed this pilot chute with a focus on stable inflation and predictable performance. Its design is intended to help reduce unwanted oscillation while providing effective drag during the deployment sequence.

Different BASE environments and equipment configurations may require different pilot chute sizes. Always select the appropriate size for your container, canopy, deployment method and intended jump.
