Jedi Air Wear Suits: You will find various payment options after submitting the order of your suit, these include PayPal, card (via Stripe Payment gateway) and BACS bank transfer. A small fee is added for PayPal and card payments. Suit production will not begin until the cleared payment of your order.

Please contact us immediately if you have a problem with any item bought from us.
We will work with you to determine the issue and do our best to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
If your item has a defect or your suit has been made incorrectly (not accurate to your provided measurements or design choices), we will correct, replace or refund your item. Please contact us to arrange the return, do not return anything before getting in touch and hearing back from us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom made suits (unless a manufacturing issue has occurred), as these are made to your specifications. Please always check your design choices and measurements carefully before placing your order, and again check the details in the email sent to you after submitting the order.
Suit alterations: If you would like to request an alteration to your suit, please contact us and we can discuss any fees and the process.
Gear Store Returns
If your gear store purchase is not exactly what you were expecting or you have an issue with an item, please contact us immediately.
Some items, such as apparel, can be returned for a refund and you can then purchase again via the store, in a different colour/size.
Jedi also operates as a dealer of some canopies and rig equipment, please contact us with any issues with any items such as those, and we will work with you and the manufacturer to find a solution.
We do everything we can to ensure the accuracy of the items we ship, but if you do find you have been sent an incorrect order, please contact us to arrange the return of the incorrect product free of charge. We will then work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
