How long does it take to receive a custom skydiving suit?

Our standard manufacturing lead time for custom skydiving suits and air wear is 3–4 weeks. This applies to all Jedi Air Wear made-to-measure products, including skydiving suits, shorts, trousers, and jackets.

Production time begins once your design and measurements are approved and payment is received. We are known for some of the fastest turnaround times in the industry, and rush production options are available if you need your suit sooner.

Do Jedi Air Wear skydiving suits come with a warranty?

Yes. All Jedi Air Wear custom skydiving suits include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

If a problem arises after the warranty period, we are still happy to help. Repairs or adjustments may be available for a small fee, depending on the issue.

Warranty exclusions include:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by repeated sliding or skidding on abrasive surfaces
  • Damage caused by wind tunnel use

Wind tunnel environments may contain exposed net wires or sharp edges that can damage fabric. For this reason, wind tunnel damage is not classed as a manufacturing defect. We recommend using dedicated tunnel suits until you are confidently flying clear of the net.

Can I change my custom skydiving suit order after placing it?

Yes — changes can be made provided production has not started.

If you notice an error or wish to make a change to your custom skydiving suit, please contact us as soon as possible. Our production cycle is fast, so early communication is essential.
