Gear Store Payments
Payment methods for gear store purchases are available at checkout and include PayPal and card payment.
Jedi Air Wear Suit Payments
Payment options for custom skydiving suit orders are provided after submitting your order. These include:
- PayPal
- Card payment (via Stripe)
- BACS bank transfer
A small processing fee applies to PayPal and card payments.
Suit production will not begin until full payment has cleared.
Jedi Air Wear Suit Returns
If you experience an issue with a suit purchased from Jedi Air Wear, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to identify the issue and aim to resolve it promptly.
Manufacturing Defects & Errors
If your suit has a manufacturing defect, or has been made incorrectly (not in accordance with your submitted measurements or design choices), we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Please do not return any items without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.
Custom-Made Suit Policy
All Jedi Air Wear suits are custom made to your specifications. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns for custom suits unless a manufacturing fault has occurred.
We strongly recommend carefully reviewing all measurements and design details before placing your order, and again when reviewing the confirmation email sent after submission.
Suit Alterations
If you wish to request an alteration to your suit, please contact us to discuss the available options, the alteration process, and any applicable fees.
Gear Store Returns
If your gear store purchase is not as expected, or if you experience an issue with an item, please contact us immediately.
Eligible Returns
Some items, such as apparel, may be eligible for return and refund. Where applicable, you may then place a new order for an alternative size or colour.
Dealer & Manufacturer Items
Jedi Air Wear also operates as a dealer for selected canopies and rigging equipment. If you experience an issue with these items, please contact us and we will work with you and the manufacturer to find a suitable solution.
Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure order accuracy. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us so we can arrange a return free of charge and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
