This includes containers, canopies, AADs, helmets, altimeters, and related accessories.

These skydiving gear terms and conditions apply to all equipment orders placed through Jedi Air Wear and are separate from our custom skydiving suit terms.

Ordering Skydiving Gear

When you place an order for skydiving equipment through Jedi Air Wear:

  • We liaise directly with the manufacturer on your behalf
  • All equipment is ordered to the specifications you confirm
  • Lead times are provided as estimates, not guarantees
  • Orders may not be cancellable once placed with the manufacturer

Please ensure all sizes, colours, and configuration details are correct before confirming your order, as changes may not be possible once manufacturing begins.

Lead Times & Availability

Skydiving gear lead times vary depending on several factors, including:

  • Product type
  • Size, colour, and configuration
  • Global supply chain conditions

Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of ordering where possible. Delays caused by manufacturers, shipping providers, or supply chain issues are outside of Jedi Air Wear’s control.

Custom & Made-to-Order Equipment

Most skydiving equipment is custom-built or made to order. As a result:

  • Returns are generally not accepted
  • Cancellations may not be possible once production has started
  • Manufacturing times can vary significantly

Payments & Pricing

Warranty & Manufacturer Support

All skydiving equipment is supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Jedi Air Wear will assist with warranty communication where possible but cannot guarantee outcomes determined by the manufacturer.

Safety & Responsibility

Skydiving equipment must be used in accordance with manufacturer instructions and recognised safety standards, including guidance from organisations such as British Skydiving.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • Equipment is appropriate for their experience level
  • Gear is assembled, packed, and maintained correctly
  • All use complies with local and national skydiving regulations
