The G4 helmet offers a unique set of advantages over helmets traditionally used in skydiving.
The challenge set by the architects of the CE XPS72600 skydiving helmet standard asked for a helmet that would impact test under the identical velocity, helmet conditioning and head coverage of the already established air sports certification EN966 but added a snag test for the obvious differences in our sport.
We will continue to develop the certified range of Cookie helmets as they offer critical safety advantages in our sport, both outdoors and in the tunnel.
The G35 project, however, gave us the freedom to focus on a lightweight, compact helmet that’s secure under the forces exerted by skydiving at high speeds and when cameras are added.
We wanted to design an integrated GoPro solution for a full-face helmet and a non-certified design gave us the chance to do just that.
The G35 has a more traditional coverage profile but is lower at the rear compared to the earlier G3.
TOP OPTIONS
STANDARD
The Standard G35 configuration includes a painted matching ABS top plate. The Standard top plate is available in 13 colors. Customize the look of your G35.
SKID
The Skid top plate is constructed from heavy-duty nylon and is designed to help protect the helmet when being flown head down in the wind tunnel.

UTILITY
The Utility top plate is constructed from heavy-duty nylon and is designed to receive the GoPro roller mount and new camera cutaway system. Comes complete with replaceable cap that allows the unit to be used as a tunnel skid plate. Kit includes Utility Top Plate, roller mount receiver,replaceable cap, cutaway handle and slide lock. Note: camera and roller mount not included.

HELMET FIT AND POSITION
VISOR
To perform properly, your G35 helmet must be fitted and worn correctly. Follow these steps to get the correct position and fit.
- Undo the clip beneath the chin and extend the helmet padding both at the back of the helmet and the chin. Place the helmet onyour head while guiding the chin fabric underneath your chin.
- Grasp the buckle with your right hand and pull horizontally until the helmet liner closes firmly against the back of your headand neck. If the buckle is unable to be fastened or the helmet is too loose, you’ll have to adjust the fit using the internal line andanchor system shown.
- To make this adjustment locate the RED anchor near the right-hand cheek pad. Pull the anchor forward to expose the adjustmentline. To adjust, shorten or lengthen the anchor point on the line by moving the anchor in or out depending on your requirements. Finally, tuck the anchor and excess line back into the end of the check pad.

REPLACE
- Slide the chin strap through the groove on the right side of helmet
- Snap into place both left and right chin strap end clips
- Snap all 3 front chin clips into the locked position
- Snap front cheek clips

CARING FOR YOUR G35
AUDIBLE POCKET
The G35 has dual audible altimeter pockets located internally on each side of the helmet. Slide your audible into the pocket with the audible speaker facing your ear.
Your G35 helmet can be cleaned using water, mild detergent and a soft cloth. Ammonia and acid-based cleaning products should not be used at all. Any use of paints or adhesives can damage the exterior of the helmet. Please store your G35 away from direct light or heat source as this can cause damage. When traveling we recommend using the helmets original packaging or a ridged storage option
